We are in the process of building out our Brewery and hoping for 2023!!!
So a little more about us, our brewery, what we do and what we are all about. Currently we are a work in progress. We are not open yet. We are in the process of building our brewery to serve our local community and provide everyone with the highest quality and largest variety of fresh, local NYS craft beer, from farm to pint glass. WAORGANY Brewing was formed in January of 2015, but the vision and dream of staring a small local brewery dates long before that. We are licensed as both a Microbrewery and a New York State Farm Brewery, that is also a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).
A NYS Farm Brewery is a local brewery that uses fresh quality 'locally' sourced NYS Grains and Hops. We like to think local drink local. WAORGANY Brewing is also considered a 'nano' brewery. Which is we do great things on a small scale. We brew all of our fresh quality and local beers on a very small brew house. We brew on an all electric 1 barrel (BBL) Brew System. A barrel of beer is 31 gallons, so we are brewing 1 BBL's or 31 gallons a batch. We use NYS sourced grains and hops, that allow us to produce the freshest local beers available. By brewing on a nano scale we have the ability to constantly change up the beers that we offer. We will always try to have several of our flagship beers on tap along with various other seasonal beers that will continuously be changing to allow our local craft beer lovers the ability to always have a unique experience when visiting our tap room.
We are also a SDVOSB. Our owner served over 21 years as an Infantryman in the US Army. He was stationed here at Ft. Drum, home of the 10th Mountain Division twice during his career, for both his first and last duty assignments. We are very grateful for all the men and women who have or are now still serving our country, along with the many civilians who support you and your efforts. We couldn't have the freedom to produce great beer with out your sacrifices. Having walked in your boots we know what it is all about and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You all do what not everyone wants or can do and we very much appreciate all the sacrifices that you make!!! T3, RLTW, Climb To Glory, and most of all THANK YOU!
The owner and head brewer, Paul has been brewing craft beers since the early 90's. His love for fresh quality craft beer has grown over the years. Many trials and errors have helped him fine tune his brewing skills and develop a growing knowledge of all things craft beer. He continues to learn and grow with each batch of fresh local NYS Craft beer that he brews. Thus providing our customers and craft beer lovers a unique and wide variety of fresh craft beers on tap to be enjoyed in our tap room or in growlers to go. We currently ONLY serve our beers in house in our tap room located in our brewery. We offer pints, flights, and crowlers (To go). We also are only producing ales at this time. We welcome you to visit our tap room enjoy some great fresh and local beer. And as always we welcome and provide tours of the brewery if time permits. So please stop by and say hello, share a pint and spread the word about your local brewery!!!
